Booking Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge is required within seven (7) working days of making your reservation otherwise your reservation cannot be held and confirmed. Final payment must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
You authorise us to debit the cost of any damage to the facilities and the buildings to your credit card account.
All guests are responsible for the security of their belongings.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will only be refunded if Frog Hollow Estate is able to re-book your accommodation at no lesser rate. In any event any loss on another booking will be also deducted from the deposit.
No refund will be made if a booking is cancelled within 14 days of your accommodation date.
Frog Hollow Estate is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not “meet” the expected style of accommodation required.
