We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak wedding months and popular dates. Many couples secure their date 12–24 months in advance to avoid missing out on their preferred season and weekend.

Yes. Many of our couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at Frog Hollow Estates, creating a seamless and relaxed experience for themselves and their guests.

No, we do not currently offer on-site accommodation but we collaborate with The Royal Daylesford Hotel where your guests can book beautiful accommodation. If a number of your guests are staying at the accommodation, we can organize a shuttle bus to take your guests to and from the venue.

Our receptions from Friday to Sunday conclude at 11:00 pm. Guests to all be departed by 11:30pm.  For Monday to Thursday weddings receptions conclude at 10:30pm, and all guests departing by 11pm.
