Indoor Reception Space

A stately stone barn with soaring ceilings and understated rustic elegance. Guests are welcomed by a front bar on arrival, with a second bar serving the evening. Thoughtfully designed for both dining and celebration, the space accommodates a live band and dance floor, while opening onto the fire pit area, courtyard, outdoor stage, fountain, and manicured grounds—creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

Outdoor Ceremony Space

Tucked among the forest along the dam’s edge, framed by towering trees and the surrounding landscape. The tranquil setting creates a secluded and immersive atmosphere, allowing each moment to feel naturally connected to nature. Tiered seating has been carefully arranged to ensure every guest enjoys a clear and uninterrupted view.

Outdoor Reception Space

A Mediterranean-inspired courtyard positioned at the heart of the estate. Overlooking the verdant grounds and forest, guests dine beneath the soft glow of festoon lighting and open skies. At its centre, a sculpted fountain delivers a serene soundtrack and a captivating visual centrepiece, enhancing the romance and sense of occasion.

Nestled within the original shed beside the outdoor ceremony space, this refined bar setting provides refreshments for guests before and after proceedings. It offers a relaxed environment to gather, connect, and enjoy the grounds as photographs are captured, before transitioning to the reception.

Outdoor Bar

Provides a stunning drop-off point for the bride while offering beautiful opportunities to capture unforgettable photos. From the bride and groom arriving in style, to family portraits with the cars, to countless candid moments, this elegant and spacious setting creates the perfect backdrop for memories that will last a lifetime

Grand Entrance

Available exclusively from 9am through the evening, the suite features a luxe full-length mirror, a tastefully appointed bathroom, and a plush lounge area. It remains open for touch-ups, pre-dinner drinks, or quiet moments with the bridal party. Whether for a serene pause before the ceremony or a relaxing retreat afterward, it offers a private sanctuary of style and comfort.

Bridal Suite

A rare and distinctive feature of Frog Hollow Estate, our purpose-built outdoor stage has been carefully positioned to deliver remarkable acoustics across the entire venue. Music flows beautifully from the stage through the chapel gardens, fountain courtyard and barn, creating an immersive and unforgettable experience for you and your guests from beginning to end.

Outdoor Stage

Set against a magical evening backdrop through the central courtyard. Illuminated by the soft, warm glow of festoon lights and a magnificent stone fountain center-piece, this layout creates an intimate, high-end banquet experience where guests can dine under the stars surrounded by manicured greenery.

Outdoor Dining

A relaxed yet sophisticated gathering space centered around a large, open-air iron fire pit. Flanked by rustic timber bar tables and stools, this area is designed for mingling as the sun goes down. Whether it's for pre-dinner drinks, late-night conversations, or a cozy retreat from the dance floor, the crackling fire provides a warm, inviting atmosphere nestled right against the forest edge.

    We had our wedding at Frog Hollow Estate yesterday and it was one of the most incredible days of my life.

    The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, inviting & warm. It was laid out beautifully for our guests to both sit down for dinner as well as mingle and dance in between throughout the evening. I can't say enough good things about the facilities and stunning aesthetics of the estate.

    What helped made our experience truly memorable are the owners, Sam & Ned. Right from the beginning, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help any way they could. Their generosity and hospitality for us in the lead up to, and on our wedding day is something we will never forget. They are lovely people who truly believe in what they do, and went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life.

    Sam and Ned were absolutely incredible from start to finish at Frog Hollow Estate for our wedding on 23 May 2026.

    The whole day genuinely felt like a dream. Everything ran so smoothly without us ever having to think or worry about a thing and we were just able to be fully present and soak it all in. It honestly felt like an out-of-body experience in the best way.

    Sam and Ned went above and beyond for us in every possible way. They are such an easy going, loving and open couple, constantly catering to all our needs. Right from the start, dealing with them felt like an absolute breeze because, not only do they create a great business, client connection, they really strive for a personal and meaningful relationship. It really felt like we’d known them for years it was easy to give them our trust.

    Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they were so warm, so helpful and somehow just as excited for our day as we were. That meant more than we can even put into words.
